Travel Counsellors are a rapidly expanding travel company, staffed by independent travel consultants across the globe. Their unique model allows dedicated, passionate travel experts to work their own hours in their own environment. This creates an individually tailored approach and customer satisfaction levels continue to show that it benefits counsellors and clients alike.
The nominees for this award were voted on by more than 1,800 Travel Counsellors and the category was specific to teamwork, targeting aspects such as flexibility and helpfulness both in the office, and on-site. The voting was based on levels of responsiveness when dealing with Marketing and Reservations, the experiences of clients who had booked through Travel Counsellors, as well as the agents’ own personal experiences of visiting the camps.
This award means a lot to us as it demonstrates the high levels of service carried out by our passionate team of staff. While more often than not it is our ecology focus, animal welfare or luxury accommodation that gets acknowledged by external awards, we know that none of it would be possible without the fantastic people we have on-location in Khao Sok National Park, as well as those working behind the scenes.
We treat not just our animals and environment, but employees, clients and partners with the utmost respect and gratitude.
